helloo2 ! welcome back ! hehe ! now , iam bored . aper nk buat uhh ? meeeeeeeeeeek ! tknk ehy . haha ! nary after work ader 'meeting' . heee ! some complaints have been going on at arnolds few days back . like usual , its abit bz during night time so customer have to take q no n make their order at the door , i tell you the reason why ; ferst , its easier for us cause if its full house , all the waiter have to serve the food n drinks so theres no one gonna b entertaining the customer face , secondly , when you are seated n upon receiving ur order slip , u can make ur payment straight at the counter without any hesitation right ? why cant the customer accept the fact that they have to pay ferst ? isnt that the same as any fast food places ? you have to pay ferst then you get ur food . wth ! ok , lets get straight to e point . WE receive a letter of complaint from a evil gorrilla . rrrr ! as usual we take his order at the door and he said that requested for 5 thigh in a 2 person combo meal . after that , he waited outside for 15 min b4 we called his q no which is 62 . and MR M>>>> bring him in n inform him to make his payment ferst at the counter . so he did . he then get back to the seat n started chatting with his WIFE & SON . one of our staff , Ah Ying ,n serve him first with a side dishes so that eventhough waiting for his food to arrive , he can at least eat something meanwhile waiting kan . n then ah ying came back to their table saying that , they need to wait another 10-15mins for the chicken to arrive , so his not happy . he then came to the cashier where my assistant manager is there . so he came with a unhappy face n started talking to 'gelly pau' ; assistant manager . he even scold my manager n even say ' idont care about ur system!' . but people , dont you find it stupid ? its not we that implemented the policy , is our boss . you cannot accept the fact that this is reality , you better get lost . easy right ? we also dont need any humans like you . fussssy chibong ! urgh ! so , he called our restaurant manager which is Missy . afterthat , he explain , blablablablabla ! he said that missy was being rude by rising her voice but at that point of time , there was 3 person talking to her n it was full house , what do you expect ? tk kan nk whisper? bodohh kan ? we didnt say that its our fault , but please , CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT ! CUSTOMER ARE HUMAN SO DO WE . chicong ! :) dah lahh , aku mls uhh nk bbual pasal customer yg fussyyyyyy ! hmm .
